Coreen has experience working with depression, trauma, anxiety, multi racial families and LGBTQ - friendly populations.

     She assists you in feeling empowered to improve your overall well-being. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, ages and stages of life. She works hard to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness.

     Therapy is your own personal journey. There is no “quick fix”. She will work with you to help you understand your challenges and help you gain the skills to get more progress in your life’s journey.

     Coreen specifically enjoy working with athletes and their struggles with mental health issues (i.e. depression, anxiety, injury, end of sport). As a former collegiate athlete, she is aware how unique athletes’ needs are as the mental health concerns are often neglected.

​

     She utilizes a client-centered approach to fully understand my client’s perspective, values, and beliefs. She uses evidence-based techniques that are tailored to your specific needs to support you in working through your struggles.

 

     She will help support you through those personal struggles one session at a time! She is looking forward to working with you.
