Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to honor the courage it takes to even land on this page. I have one goal in mind: to offer a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where healing feels possible — especially for those who have been told, implicitly or explicitly, that their struggles don’t matter.
As a clinician, I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma,
identity exploration, cultural adjustment, and life transitions. Many of my clients are
people who carry heavy emotional weight while also trying to simply exist, succeed, or find peace in systems not always built for them.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person-
centered therapy, and psychodynamic interpersonal work. That means I’ll meet you
where you are, and we’ll move at your pace — collaboratively and without judgment. My job is not to "fix" you but to walk alongside you as you uncover insight, build resilience, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
As a clinician and educator, I get to stand at the powerful intersection of healing and learning. Working with marginalized communities isn’t just meaningful, it’s
transformative. Every session is a chance to ignite resilience, and a spark for liberation. This work reminds me that when people feel truly seen and heard, they begin to reclaim their power—and that’s where real change begins.
Whether you’re dealing with burnout, unlearning generational patterns, or figuring out how to be okay in your own skin, you’re not alone.
I’m really glad you’re here. And if you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to
support you on your journey.
